Excellent story. I've fished the Kentucky a couple of times, but mostly head up the Dix towards the dam for trout. Nice to hear some comments from Jeff Crosby, he's my uncle's brother and I remember fishing with him on our farm pond many years ago, he's a great guy.

Thanks to Chris for the website, by far the best source for info on fishing in KY. Keep up the good work. Thanks!

Looking for a good fishing guide at Rough River Lake. I haven't had a boat but for a few months and I'm an amateur fisherman trying to become more familiar with the lake and get some fishing tips. Bob

The same holds true for up here in Pennsylvania. A C-rig with worm on it is a great fish catching tool in the summer months. Thanks for the write up

Hey Blake,
You're exactly right. If you click on the pictures, you'll notice that the cutlines identify them correctly. The stripes were incidental catches. The story also points out that catching the occasional stripe is one of the benefits of white bass fishing.

Sure. Simply call 1-800-858-1549, ext. 4445. They'll take care of you. You can usually call even up to a day before the event to get in, depending on interest.
