Cedar Creek Lake
Water temperature – 81 degrees F

Bass fishing has been good on crank baits, jigs, and plastic worms.
Larger bass are hitting plastic worms fished about 20 feet deep.
Surface baits, such as frogs and Pop R’s, are picking up some quality
fish in the early mornings.
Channel catfish (22 – 26 inch) are being caught on chicken livers, night
crawlers, cut bait, and shrimp. Bluegill and Redear Sunfish are still
good and are being caught on crickets, wax worm, red worms, pop eyes,
and meal worms. Larger Bluegill seems to be in the 6 – 10 feet of
water.
Crappies are taking minnows in 6 – 12 feet of water around down tree
tops during the day.
