At a fly-tying event last year, Andrea Webster and her boyfriend, Jesse Robinson, both of Frankfort, took a fly-tying course offered at Kentucky’s Salato Wildlife Education Center in Frankfort yesterday because they’re gearing up for a trip to Alaska, where they hope to do a lot of fishing.
